How to measure?

Neck

Measure tightly around the neck, right below the adam's apple

This measurement should be taken under the arms, around the body.

Measure from the end of the right shoulder to the end of the left shoulder.

Measure around the fullest part of the bicep with the arms by your side.

Measure around the fullest part of your wrist.

Measure around the fullest part of your stomach.

Measure straight down the front from the base of the neck (right/left side) to the thumb knuckle.

Measure down the back from the base of the collar to the length required.

Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.

Measure around your waist at the level where you normally wear your pant's belt.

Measure from the top of your pants waistband to the floor along the outside of your leg, and ensure that your tape is tight that you are standing straight.

Measure from the front top of the pants waistband to the back top of the waistband, and make sure the measurement is not too tight.

Measure from the lowest part of your crotch area to the floor.

Measure around your knee at its widest point.

Measure around your thigh at its widest point.
